Animation Media to Improve Student Learning Results

Learning methods in schools tend to use lecture and book models as learning media. Whereas at present, technology is growing rapidly. The use of technology as a learning medium is very important to attract students' interest in learning. At the Elementary School level, children still like learning while playing. This research proposes animation as a learning media for students in elementary schools. This media can be used by teachers as learning media. This animation media is expected to attract students' interest in learning, especially in mathematics subjects. In animation, visualization in the form of images moving on the subject of mathematics becomes one of the things that need to be optimized. The purpose of this study was to develop animation learning media as an alternative self-learning tool to help to master mathematics subjects for students and find out the feasibility of products for mathematics learning. The research and development methodology used in this study is Research and Development (R & D). This methodology covers all things related to development to produce quality interactive learning media software. Based on the trial, 81% of media experts, 88% of material experts, 70% of initial field tests, and 93% of field trials were obtained. Based on these results, the animation media for mathematics subjects has been feasible to be used as a medium of self-learning with an average value of 83% validation

Islamic Financial Management Student Skill Development Training in Developing a Profit and Loss Information System

Students of the Sharia Financial Management Study Program still use the manual calculation method in financial management, such as bookkeeping. This model is less effective when used in financial management because students have to think about entering several formulas to produce output in each calculation operation. This will be done repeatedly by students. This method will make students bored and even reduce the level of concentration in the learning process. The use of the internet as a means of supporting learning on campus is still not optimal because once again learning in this course uses conventional methods. The purpose of the service is to provide education about the importance of financial management by utilizing internet-connected technology and providing additional skills to students through training in developing a website-based financial management information system. The service implementation method used is by briefing on the importance of information systems for financial management as well as practices in developing simple information systems. The result of this activity is students are able to develop a simple information system such as for profit and loss calculation system

MANAJEMEN KEUANGAN USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MENENGAH UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKUNTABILITAS PADA USAHA GULA TEBU MERAH DI DUSUN SETONO PUNDUNG, DESA NGADI, KECAMATAN MOJO, KABUPATEN KEDIRI

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) mendeskripsikan manajemen keuangan usaha mikro kecil pada usaha gula tebu merah di Dusun Setono Pundung, Desa Ngadi, Kecamatan Mojo, Kabupaten Kediri. 2) Mendeskripsikan dampak dari probabilitas keuangan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah di Dusun Setono Pundung jika tidak menerapkan prinsip-prinsip manajemen. 3) Mendeskripsikan manajemen keuangan dalam meningkatkan peran akuntabilitas untuk usaha mikro kecil dan menengah pengolahan gula tebu merah di Dusun Setono Pundung, Desa Ngadi, Kecamatan Mojo, Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data mengunakan triangulasi, perpanjangan kehadiran, ketekunan pengamatan dan menggunakan bahan referensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen keuangan pada usaha mikro kecil dan menengah terhadap usaha tebu merah di Desa Ngadi belum memenuhi standar manajemen keuangan dan akuntansi pada umumnya. Proses manajemen UMKM yang digunakan meliputi: perencanaan di dalam UMKM pengolahan gula tebu merah merupakan proses pembelian bahan baku dan proses pembuatan gula sehingga dari proses tersebut diperoleh  keuntungan. Dampak dari probabilitas UMKM di Dusun Setono Pundung  jika tidak menerapkan prinsip-prinsip meliputi: sistem jam kerja melebihi batas waktu, pemberian gaji tidak tepat waktu, tidak ada pelaporan keuangan. Manajemen keuangan dalam meningkatkan peran akuntabilitas dapat disimpulkan bahwa UMKM pengolahan gula tebu merah ini sudah dikatakan akuntabel karena dalam usaha tersebut sudah memenuhi 4 indikator yaitu adanya kesesuaian antara pelaksana dengan standar prosedur pelaksanaan, adanya sanksi yang ditetapkan atas kesalahan, kendala dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan, sistem pemantauan kinerja. Kata Kunci: Akuntabilitas; Manajemen Keuangan; Probabilitas.   Abstract:  Research objectives: 1) Describe the financial management of micro and small businesses in the brown sugar cane business in Setono Pundung Hamlet, Ngadi Village, Mojo District, Kediri Regency. 2) Describe the impact of the financial probabilities of micro, small and medium enterprises in Setono Pundung Hamlet if they do not apply the principles-management principles. 3) Describe financial management in increasing the role of accountability for micro, small and medium enterprises processing brown sugar in Setono Pundung Hamlet, Ngadi Village, Mojo District, Kediri Regency. This study uses qualitative research methods using a descriptive approach. The data used primary data. Methods of data collection using interviews and observation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation, the extension of attendance, the persistence of observations, and using reference materials. The results showed that financial management in micro, small and medium enterprises in the red sugar cane business in Ngadi Village did not meet financial management and accounting standards in general. This is because the management process in MSMEs that is used includes: planning  MSMEs processing brown sugar cane the process of purchasing raw materials and the process of making sugar so that from this process you get a profit. The impact of the probability of MSMEs in Setono Pundung hamlet is if they do not apply the principle including a system of working hours that exceeds the time limit, the provision of salaries is not on time, and there is no financial reporting. Financial management in increasing the role of accountability can be concluded that MSMEs processing brown sugar cane have been said to be accountable because the business has met 4 indicators, namely the suitability between the implementer and standard implementation procedures, the sanctions imposed for errors, obstacles in the implementation of activities, the system performance monitoring. Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Good Coorporate Governance Dan Strategi Pemasaran Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah

This study aims to show the effect of service quality, good corporate governance, and marketing strategy on customer loyalty at Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Malang regional office. The research data used is primary data in a questionnaire with quantitative methods. The sampling method used non-probability sampling with Roscoe theory and obtained 40 respondents. Data were analyzed by the multiple linear regression method using SPSS software. Prior to data analysis, validity, reliability, and classical assumptions were tested. The results showed that service quality, good corporate governance, and marketing strategy simultaneously affected customer loyalty. At the same time, partial service quality, good corporate governance, and marketing strategy have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. This research can complement existing theories and help Panin Dubai Syariah Bank Malang regional office improve service quality, governance, and marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty

PENGARUH INFLASI, TINGKAT SUKU BUNGA, DAN NILAI TUKAR RUPIAH TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PT BANK BTPN SYARIAH YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI) PERIODE 2019-2021

The purpose of this study is to find out the correlation of macroeconomic variables such as inflatin, interest rates, and the rupiah exchange rate with stock prices. Quantitative methods and purposive sampling techniques were adopted in this study. A total of 36 data as samples were taken using library and document methods. Multiple linear regression analysis was tested using software eviews 12. The results of the test and analysis both partially and simultaneously are: (1) the inflation variabel has no effect on stock prices, (2) the interest rate variabel has an effect on stock prices, (3) the exchange rate variable has an effect on stock prices, (4) variables of inflation, interest rates, and the rupiah exchange arte simultaneously affect stock prices

Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Illusion of Control dan Overconfidence terhadap Keputusan Investasi pada Investor di Tulungagung

This study aims to analyze financial literacy, illusion of control and overconfidence on investment decisions for investors in Tulungagung. This research uses accidental sampling technique with a sample of 40 respondents from novice investors in Tulungagung. The results of this study indicate that the variables of financial literacy and overconfidence simultaneously affect investment decisions. Respondents belong to the group of investors who understand financial concepts well and feel confident. Meanwhile, the illusion of control variable has no effect on investment decisions. Respondents are included in the group of investors who are categorized as having higher financial literacy. The conclusion of this study is that financial literacy has a significant positive impact on investment among investors in Tulungagung.  Keyword: illusion of control, investation, financial literacy, overconfidence &nbsp

The Effectiveness of Hybrid Backpropagation Neural Network Model and TSK Fuzzy Inference System for Inflation Forecasting

Forecasting may predict the accurate future condition based on the previous circumstance. Problems that may occur are related to forecasting accuracy. This study proposes a combination of two methods: Neural Network (NN) and Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) to accuratelly forecast the inflation rate in Indonesia. Historical data and four external factors were used as system parameters. The external factors in this study were divided into two fuzzy sets. While time series variables were divided into three fuzzy sets. The combination of them generated a lot of fuzzy rules that may reduce the forecasting effectiveness. As a consequence, the less fit fuzzy rules formation would produce a low accuracy. Therefore, grouping all input variables into positive parameters and negative parameters are necessary for efficiency improvement. To evaluate the forecasting results, Root Means Square Error (RMSE) analytical technique was used. Fuzzy Inference System Sugeno was used as the base line. The results showed that the combination of the proposed method has better performance (RMSE=2.154901) than its base line

Evolution strategies based coefficient of TSK fuzzy forecasting engine

Forecasting is a method of predicting past and current data, most often by pattern analysis. A Fuzzy Takagi Sugeno Kang (TSK) study can predict Indonesia's inflation rate, yet with too high error. This study proposes an accuracy improvement based on Evolution Strategies (ES), a specific evolutionary algorithm with good performance optimization problems. ES algorithm used to determine the best coefficient values on consequent fuzzy rules. This research uses Bank Indonesia time-series data as in the previous study. ES algorithm uses the popSize test to determine the number of initial chromosomes to produce the best optimal solution for this problem. The increase of popSize creates better fitness value due to the ES's broader search area. The RMSE of ES-TSK is 0.637, which outperforms the baseline approach. This research generally shows that ES may reduce repetitive experiment events due to Fuzzy coefficients' manual setting. The algorithm complexity may cost to the computing time, yet with higher performance

Analisis Pengaruh Faktor Emosional, Kualitas Layanan, Serta Fasilitas Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Penjilidan Express Di Kecamatan Kedungwaru, Kabupaten Tulungagung.

In facing intense business competition, business people must try to create customer satisfaction, because this is important for creating customer loyalty and Word of Mouth. This study is intended to prove and analyze whether or not there is an influence between emotional, service quality, and facilities on Penjilidan Express customer satisfaction in Kedungwaru District, Tulungagung Regency. This research is associative with a quantitative approach. Primary data was used in this study, and a questionnaire was chosen as the technique for collecting data. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling in the form of accidental sampling. All customers who have used Penjilidan Express services in Kedungwaru District, Tulungagung Regency will become the study population. With the lameshow technique, 100 respondents were obtained to be used as samples. Multiple linear regression analysis is a technique used for data analysis. Data analysis begins by conducting data quality tests including validity and reliability tests, followed by classical assumption tests including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and autocorrelation tests, then multiple linear regression tests, F tests (combined), T tests (partial), and the last is the test of the coefficient of determination (R2). The study findings prove that emotional variables and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, but facilities do not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously emotional variables, service quality, and facilities have a positive and significant influence on Penjilidan Express customer satisfaction in Kedungwaru District, Tulungagung Regency with a proportion of 49.2%

Signature Pattern Recognition using Kohonen Network

A signature is a special form of handwriting that used for human identification process. The current identification process is extremely ineffective. People have to manually compare signatures with the previously stored data. This study proposed SOM Kohonen algorithm as the method of signature pattern recognition. This method has able to visualize high-dimensional data. The image processing method is used in this study in pre-processing data phase. The accuracy of SOM Kohonen was 70 %, indicated the method used was good enough for pattern recognition
